If you choose to delete your account, all your data—including images and documents—wi5ll be permanently erased from our database. You may directly delete your account through the app without needing our approval.

2. Mobile Application Permissions

Our mobile app may request the following permissions to support specific features within the application. These permissions are requested only when required and are granted with your explicit consent:

Location - – To capture your current location when you mark attendance, log customer meetings or site visits, or submit forms to verify on-site activity. We do not track your live location continuously.
Phone Calls - – To allow you to initiate phone calls directly from within the app to your customer contacts.
Notifications - – To display important service-related alerts, such as task reminders or lead status updates.
Media and Storage - – To allow you to select, upload, and view images and documents relevant to customer records or site visits. We only access files you explicitly choose to upload or view, not your entire media library.
Our Commitment to Your Data Security – Our app uses READ_CALL_LOG and READ_PHONE_STATE permissions to support enterprise CRM workflows. These permissions allow users to view the start time, end time, and duration of calls made through the app. No call content or contact information is accessed or stored externally. The data remains on the device and is only used to provide call-related information to the user. The feature is optional and requires user consent to operate.

All permissions are strictly tied to core app functionality. You can revoke any permission anytime via your device settings.

We do not access, store, or transmit any personal data without your knowledge and consent.

3. Calling and Telecaller Feature

Our app includes a click-to-call feature that facilitates calls directly from the app interface.

4. Image and Document Uploads

Users can upload or select images and documents through the app for business purposes like customer documentation or site visits. These files are stored securely on our servers. Users retain full ownership of uploaded content, and we do not use these images for any unrelated purpose.

Uploaded data can be deleted by users at any time by deleting their account.

5. Data Security

We implement standard industry practices and SSL encryption to secure your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Although no system is 100% secure, we strive to maintain the highest security standards.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information for commercial gain. Your data is used only to provide and improve our services.
